Stretch, strengthen and feel better
Our Pilates class will focus on improving your overall core strength, as well as improve your posture, balance and flexibility. All the things we need to help us recover from injuries, workouts or a long day at the desk. A great bonus is that it improves muscle tone as well! Come and join us for a challenge and see how flexible you can get. Just come wearing your activewear (preferably fitted), with either bare feet or socks. Don’t forget your water bottle, sweat towel, and yoga mat.
